Welcome to Nexora Group, a trading name of Polisdirect LTD ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Polisdirect LTD provides digital design services, copywriting services, and access to online digital toolkits via subscription. All services are delivered digitally and are non-tangible in nature.

3. Fees and Payment

• Project-Based Fees: Payment is required in full before the release of final assets. We reserve the right to cease work if payment is not received.
• Subscription Fees: Recurring fees will be charged automatically on a monthly basis until cancelled by the client.
• Late Payments: We reserve the right to suspend services for late payments.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel monthly subscriptions at any time via email or dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds for partially used months. Project-based work cannot be cancelled once deliverables have been sent.

5. Intellectual Property

• Client Ownership: Upon full payment of project-based fees, the client retains full ownership of the specific design or copy assets created.
• Toolkits: Subscription-based toolkits remain the intellectual property of Polisdirect LTD. Subscribers are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them while the subscription is active.

6. Limitation of Liability

Polisdirect LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service in dispute.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

Refund Policy

Please read our policy carefully. Due to the intangible nature of our digital services, our refund policy is strictly defined.

1. Digital Design & Copywriting Services

Refunds are not available for digital design or copywriting services once the work has commenced or deliverables have been sent to the client. We ensure high quality by providing drafts and approval stages before final delivery.

2. Subscription Services

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time.
• Pro-rated Refunds: We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months. Access to the toolkit and benefits will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Dissatisfaction Resolution

If you are unhappy with the quality of work provided, we will work with you to revise and amend the deliverables within the scope of the original project. Refunds will only be considered if we fail to deliver the agreed-upon scope of work after reasonable attempts to rectify the issue.

4. Unauthorized Payments

If you notice an unauthorized charge, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and issue a full refund if the transaction is proven to be fraudulent.
